We have a standard delivery charge for the sorority merchandise. On any balloon bouquet or flower arrangement there is a link to purchase so if you add merchandise to flower/balloons you do not have to choose this button. IF you choose to buy only merchandise and want to have it delivered there is a $9 delivery charge.
